Our team will review your specifications and send you an estimate for your custom order. Once approved we’ll design the piece in CAD and send the drawing for your approval.
Building begins.
We start the fabrication process with our CNC routers to cut your frames to spec. Frames are assembled by hand to ensure proper fitment and build.
Upholstery takes shape.
Our craftsmen cut your selected fabric to shape, pieces are sewn together, and your unique piece comes together.
Your custom piece is complete.
After your piece is completed, it goes through its final quality check and is carefully packed for shipment.
